Additional information
The snowmobile driving course is offered to and adapted for all companies that need to comply with OH&S regulations or that wish to offer their workers the opportunity to acquire additional skills as part of their work.
Each participant must have a snowmobile in good condition.
In addition to the mandatory basic equipment provided by the manufacturer, all snowmobiles manufactured after January 1, 1998, must be equipped with a red rear brake light, a mirror firmly fixed to the left side of the vehicle and a speedometer.
This training course is given at our site located in l’Ange-Gardien, near Quebec City, but we can also teach it at your workplace.
If you wish to receive the training at your workplace, additional fees will apply. You will have to provide a flat, obstacle-free terrain, covered with 6 inches of compacted snow and measuring at least 150 x 200 feet, and a parking space for all the vehicles, as well as a portion of land with a hill and inclined slope.
Each registered participant will receive a training certificate that is valid for a period of three years, and they will be able to view and share their qualifications on the Skillspass platform.

The training I received from Pierre has allowed me to acquire lots of basic knowledge and technical skills as well.
I definitely recommend anyone to follow the Canada Safety Council training provided by Mister Pierre.
Everything, starting from the vehicle inspection to the different riding techniques, to the various drills while going up and down the hills in powdery snow conditions, to ways of getting out of trouble when the snowmobile is getting stuck in deep snow has turned out to be more than useful. At last, I highly recommend this training course.
